LCR Capital Partners is raising $200 MM for The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel & Residences located in Miami, Florida. LCR Capital is working with Indians and investors from other countries to raise this capital through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Green Card Program. According to Forbes magazine, the hotel is considered the most anticipated luxury hotel opening of 2017.
Speaking on the new investment and job creation opportunity through the EB-5 visa program, Suresh Rajan, CEO and Founder, LCR Capital Partners said, “The Surf Club is one of the most iconic U.S. beach landmarks with a rich history. The nearly billion dollar project was designed by award winning architect, Richard Meier, and is expected to create several thousand jobs.”
The EB-5 Visa Program has witnessed a steady growth in Indian applicants. Currently LCR is working with more than 150 clients globally on their EB-5 requirements, with more than 50 from India. The EB-5 program requires an investment of $500,000 in an US entity that will create at least 10 fulltime jobs. The program helps stimulate the growth of the US economy and leads to job creation. An EB-5 immigrant visa holder facilitates the creation of new jobs by way of their significant investment in a new American business.
